Step 3 To Surviving the Zombie Apocalypse

This seems self explanatory. Always be prepared for zombies to appear. From research I've done, it does not seem like there is going to be any type of warning of this. Unless the outbreak happens far away from where you live. Depending on how far though, how much time could you truly have to prepare? That's why I think you should be prepared all of the time. Being prepared means keeping stocked up, always look for new hide outs, and being alert.

Keep stocked up. I know step one covered this one pretty well, but just keep on it. Stock your cupboard and wait awhile. Once you get close to the expiration dates of anything in there, start rotating them out and eating them. Remember to replace what ever you eat, so you are constantly stocked. This also means keeping any and all weapons in a safe location.

Always look for new hideouts. You are not a sedentary creature. So when you are out and about running errands, always be on the lookout for somewhere you could hide in a crisis. Drug store near your house doesn't have many windows? Might be perfect to hide. But then you have to take into account anyone else with your idea. There is a good chance you are not the smartest person in your town. If you are, congratulations. Just always be looking for somewhere in case of a last minute hostile take over. You don't want to be stranded in the open, or 20 miles from your planned hide out.

Be alert. Who knows where or when the first outbreak will be? You sure don't. And it might take a few people to be infected before the local news reports it. My words of wisdom? If someone is running at you and looks like they want to eat you, I would run. Or you might be one of the first undead roaming the world. And who wants that? I'd rather outlive them all, and rebuild the civilization. That's for sure.

Now you are mostly prepared for the zombie apocalypse. I would help you more, but someday you may be my competition. I need to keep a few tricks up my sleeve.

Above all else, always go out of your way to be safe. And look out for each other kids.
